The old villa has been completely renovated and restored. Design, nature and the atmosphere will inspire you.

The location

The village of Grünau im Almtal is in Upper Austria. The Almtal is part of the Salzkammergut. The Almtal itself, with its lakes, rivers, mountains and particularly high-quality cuisine, is beautiful and varied and ideal for singles, friends, couples and families. We look forward to your visit!

The minimum stay is 2 nights (7 nights in the TOP season).
The prices include the statutory VAT, local tax incl.
You can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. After that, 70% of the total price must be paid in the event of cancellation. If you do not show up, the total price is due.
Check-in from 3 p.m., please check-out by 10 a.m
A free car park is available. If you arrive with several cars, please contact us.
Upon booking confirmation, we ask for a deposit of 30% within 10 days. The rest is to be paid up to 2 days before arrival.
